<upd_detl>Definitely rare and not thoroughly established. Most usages of it that I see in web results are prefaced by an explanation of its origin.

I don't think this counts as A+B, though. "Helpful moron" wouldn't be an accurate gloss. This is a specific concept.</upd_detl>
