<upd_detl>I think with the expansion of prefecture/city name entries these katakana subsets for Hiroshima and Nagasaki are not really appropriate. If they stay, I think they should be split out (as Rene commented earlier).</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>I think it's worth recording ヒロシマ and ナガサキ but I agree that they should be split out.
Also, Marcus is correct to point out that ヒロシマ and ナガサキ do not (or at least not necessarily) refer to the atomic bombings themselves. But I'm not sure how they should be glossed. The bombing connection needs to be mentioned in some way.</upd_detl>
