<upd_detl>I don't think those forms should be included. Rendering /əl/ in English words as オー is done for comic effect (because it sounds more native-like); it's not used in serious speech/writing. Online results for パイナポー/パイナッポー are mostly names of products, songs, etc.</upd_detl>
