<upd_detl>The manga usage of 単行本 is definitely the most common nowadays and should be a separate sense from the definition given in the kokugos IMO.

I don't think this is true, see Google Image results.
I'm also not seeing the point in splitting out the manga use at all. Koj, Daijr/s, which Alan referenced, don't.</upd_detl>
