it is used in the form of チンと.
I don't know about the other forms of the word, but with
Google JP, "チンする" returned 1,280,000 hits whereas "チー
ンスル" only returned 5,410 hits. Plus djr and djs lists ち
ん but not ちーん. So I rearranged the readings.</upd_detl>
