めぐろのさんま【目黒の秋刀魚】 の解説
落語。目黒で食べたサンマの味が忘れられない殿様が、魚河岸から取り寄せるが、油を抜いて調理してあり味気なかったので、「サンマは目黒に限る」と言ったという話。
