<upd_detl>We don't have any paper meaning on record for 抄, and we don't have an n-pref sense for 試 either. (we probably shouldn't - it's kanwa)
So it won't be at all obvious to anybody coming across it (like me). I think it's worth having, even if it is obviously obscure outside of the paper industry.</upd_detl>
