<upd_detl>I know we can have Japanese unicode characters in sense notes. Can we have emoji unicode?</upd_detl>
<upd_refs>I don't think it's unusual to see this symbol in contexts unrelated to driving.

<upd_detl>I don't think that's quite the same, since 電話 doesn't specifically refer to a symbol or gesture itself.
A closer comparison might be ✌️ on the entry for ピースサイン.
