<upd_detl>It's defined as "泣き叫ぶ声". 泣き叫ぶ is defined as "大声で泣く". "crying and shouting voice" doesn't look right to me.
Can we make sure to check whether submitted words are archaic/obscure before approving them? This one isn't in the JEs or meikyo/shinmeikai. Only 5 hits in Aozora. Not sure it's even needed.</upd_detl>
