<upd_detl>I'm not seeing "act one's age" in the kokugo definitions.
I think よわいする should be a separate entry, as it is in the kokugos.
The ngrams for 齢する appear to be a misparsing of 加齢する. This is a dated/obsolete expression.</upd_detl>

<upd_refs>Turning on suffixes in the n-grams shows that most of the hits do indeed seem to be from 加齢する.

I encountered it as "いい齢して" which might be the only way in which it's currently used.
いい齢して: 276 n-gram hits

It seems to mean something like "to have reached a good enough age (to know better),"
kind of like an alternative form of いい年をして.

reverso: You're too old for a lot of things. そっちこそ いい齢して

<upd_detl>I'd guess that 齢 is always read とし in in いい齢. There are plenty of instances of 齢 in Aozora Bunko that have とし as furigana, including the above "いい齢" example. We could add 齢 as an iK form to 年/とし (or いい齢 to いい年) but I don't think it's common enough.</upd_detl>

In one image it has とし furigana (although it's quite blurry):

Maybe we can at least add an [iK] form to our entry for いい年して.

How about the [vs,vi] sense on this entry? I wouldn't object to dropping it.</upd_refs>

Given the low the ngram counts we wouldn't usually include いい齢して, but it might be worth having to prevent mismatches with the new 歯する/齢する entry.</upd_detl>
