<upd_detl>Meaning given in dictionaries is not completely accurate. This is not just the same as する.
やらかした basically means "I f-d up!". E.g.: やらかした! 仕事で大失敗したとき、事態を収拾するためのヒント

<upd_detl>The refs prefer the generic "to do"/する. While やらかす seems to be commonly used with 失敗/へま, that doesn't mean it
specifically means "to fail/blunder". The exact verb translation, as with やる, would have to depend on the context. The
case of やらかした as an interjection is probably like しまった.
Maybe a better approach would be something like:
to do (something negative); to make (a blunder); to commit (an error)</upd_detl>

hema 'blunder' shimatsu 'situation attended to'" (https://books.google.com/books?id=SszxbMtHbs8C&pg=PA346&dq=yarakasu)
* Tuttle Concise Japanese Dictionary: yarakashimásu, yarakasu v やらかします, やらかす [INFORMAL] [IN NEGATIVE SENSE] does it
[demeans the object] (= shimásu します); héma o yarakashimásu へまをやらかします makes a damn mess of it
