<upd_detl>Certainly the いらいら+する family dominates, but I wonder if this should perhaps be a case where the noun should dominate the POS ordering and glosses. GG5 leads with noun glosses followed by a ~する batch. As usual 中辞典 just has いらいらする. Daijirin has two sense tagged "(副) スル" and "( 名 )". Interesting that it classes the adverb form as the base for the する. There are 61 examples sentences and ALL are for いらいら+する in various forms.</upd_detl>
