キリスト教などの関係者の間では宗派によって違いはあるようですが、[~ニチ]または[~ジツ]が使われています。しかし、日本語では漢字2字のことばに「日」がつく名詞は、[~ビ]と発音することが多いので、一般向けの放送では[アンソクビ]と読んでいます。
mk, gakkoku, shinmeikai, NHK日本語発音アクセント辞典 only have あんそくび
daij, nikk, koj, shinjirin, gg5 all seem to prefer あんそくにち</upd_refs>
