<upd_detl>I'm not sure we need obscure, non-standard regional variants that are only used in specific circumstances. From what I can tell, this only appears on parking spaces.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>Yes, it's a rare JIS 0212 kanji which has nothing to do with 軽 except that it looks like the RHS. If people use it as an abbreviation in signs that's fine, but if it's to go in an entry it probably should be in a new one just covering sense 2 and giving context.</upd_detl>
