<upd_detl>It seems these have to be set by hand - I'd assumed that the xref target would honour the restrictions, but the default is the get the first kanji and first reading.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>This was split out from うろ覚え (in 2012) because the kokugos only have おろおぼえ as a reading for 疎覚え, but several online sources state that 疎覚え is the kanji for うろおぼえ (without mentioning おろおぼえ at all).
Judging from the examples in the kokugos, おろおぼえ is archaic, while 疎覚え remains only as an obscure, non-standard kanji form of うろおぼえ. Should we add 疎覚え back to the うろ覚え entry as an iK form?</upd_detl>
