<upd_detl>It seems people are using both "中ぶくれ" and "中膨れ" on Twitter.
Chiba calls this a "bulging float shape" in reference to the "floating tile" (浮き牌) that it contains, but that might be too idiosyncratic to include as a gloss here.</upd_detl>
