<upd_detl>I don't think it's actually using it as a Japanese word. It also has 音分離記号, which is quite Chinese.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>It's not a Japanese term. "グインジハオ" only appears in that one 知恵袋 link. かくおんふごう is probably a more common reading but the only people who'd use this are learners of Chinese.</upd_detl>
