<upd_detl>Yes, that's 牧羊神 + パーン (Pan + Pan). 牧羊神 is now in the names dictionary.  It gets some n-gram counts, but all the WWW pages I get to are false positives such as "牧羊神(パーン)".
I think this is really too obscure to have as an entry.</upd_detl>
