<upd_detl>(a) this is not in JMdict - it's in a parallel names dictionary (JMnedict) which has nearly 800,000 names including many products.
(b) all 4 kanji are in the JIS standards.
(c) 青島啤酒 appears in quite a lot of Japanese WWW pages. It's reasonable to provide some support for people wanting to look it up, as with the more common 青島ビール, which is a Japanese name for the same product.</upd_detl>
