<upd_detl>i have never once heard of "well-creased manners" as is suggested by the gloss.  i don't think it's appropriate here.

<upd_detl>Thank you for your suggestion. "punctually" is an adverb, not an adjective, so if we did include that gloss it'd be as "punctual", as the PoS of the word is [adj-i]. You might find our editorial policy useful: http://www.edrdg.org/wiki/index.php/Editorial_policy
However, no part of the Daijisen entry you've quoted refers to punctuality or keeping time. Daijirin, Kojien or GG5 don't mention it either.</upd_detl>
