<upd_detl>Googling for ゼロ型 indicates it is. I see pages where people are told it's really alphabetic "O" not ゼロ, but it seems to be a not-uncommon thing.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>If it was just 0型 I'd happily ditch it, but with 1814 in the n-grams for ゼロ型, and that form relating to O型, I think it should stay.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>The few entries about this are explanations saying that O型 was actually originally 0型. not in Japanese but in the original German. ゼロ型 can also refer to a number of different other things which becomes apparent if you google for "0型" -血液.
I don't think this can be called an established term meaning "type O blood" and having this as an entry can be misinterpreted. I wouldn't mind including 0型 as an iK in the O型 entry but it doesn't belong here as a separate entry.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>Yes, "ゼロ型" -"血液" confirms that too.  I'll add 0型 as an iK in the O型 entry as you suggest.</upd_detl>
