I think it's better to describe it as an abbreviation of ワクチンハラスメント. ワクチン doesn't come from "vaccination".</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>I guess so, although it seems to be used for things like requiring employees to be vaccinated, which is not usually called harassment in English.</upd_detl>
