<upd_detl>The “especially of a prostitute” part seems to be salient according to most dictionaries, which (anecdotally) is congruous with how I've seen the word be used in modern media. Another option would be to add that as a second meaning (“[2][n] (male) lover of a prostitute”). The “see also” note I deemed relevant due to it seeming common among other dictionaries – “間夫” is a fairly obscure term, after all!</upd_detl>
