<upd_detl>When I first saw it I read it as 一応目 + を + 通す, which led me to propose the entry. I later twigged it was 一応 + 目を通す, which does make it questionable. I think the point is whether you know 目を通す as an expression. If not it probably helps to have this entry.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>When I see an expression like that crop up in several usually trusted places, it makes me think that it's both reliable and worth having to illustrate some point. In these cases it's showing uses of 一応 in a way that I for one wouldn't have thought of.
I think with some tweaking of the translations it's probably worth keeping.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>But it's in all those dictionaries as examples, I'm assuming? ざっと- is in daijs' one example, and 一通り- in nikk's. I don't think we 
should include all compositions used in other dictionaries' example sentences, esp. not when they're highly compositional adv+verb or 
adv+(idiomatic verb construction) things and not even the most common such combination.</upd_detl>

both those expressions 1) are more common than "一応目を通す" 2) would be more helpful as entries as the adv actually significantly 
affects the verb 3) should still in my opinion not be entries because they are simple adv+verb constructions where neither the adverb 
or the verb behave differently from what you'd normally expect.</upd_refs>
