第四条 人の行為能力は、その本国法によって定める。
Article 4 (1) The legal capacity of a person to act is governed by their national law.

gg5 has " lex domicilii; the law of the country where one is domiciled." but I'm not sure this is correct, you can be domiciled somewhere without being a citizen, I believe?</upd_refs>
