<upd_detl>Yes, I feel it will be obvious to anybody coming across this from the context it's not a Japanese ministry. Or, if somebody is doing a reverse search for "Ministry of Information", it seems likely they are trying to translate this word into Japanese to describe a non-Japanese ministry. I don't think giving a list of countries where ministries by this name exists is really adding anything useful to the entry.</upd_detl>
