昨日の夜、夫と娘がお風呂に入っていると、
夫「保育園では、給食をピッカリン（完食のこと）するのに家ではしないことがあるの？」
娘「保育園の給食の方がおいしいから～」

気温も高くなり、食欲も落ちる季節ですが、
給食を完食できる事が段々と多くなってき
ました。いつも様子を見に来てくれる栄養士
さんも「随分残食が少なくなりましたね！」
とびっくり。空になったお皿を嬉しそうに見
せてくれます。
「ぴっかりん」は、お皿が空っぽと言う意味
の子どもたちから生まれた言葉です。

today, i.e. a sparkly clean (empty) plate, I 
don't know if there should maybe be a note on
