三十四　電子公告　公告方法のうち、電磁的方法（電子情報処理組織を使用する方法その他の情報通信の技術を利用する方法であって法務省
令で定めるものをいう。以下同じ。）により不特定多数の者が公告すべき内容である情報の提供を受けることができる状態に置く措置であっ
て法務省令で定めるものをとる方法をいう。
(xxxiv)　"Electronic Public Notice" means a Method of Public Notice prescribed by Ministry of Justice Order which 
enables the general public to access such public notice by electronic or magnetic means (meaning that it enables 
the general public to access that public notice through the use of an electronic data processing system or through 
any other application of information and communications technology which is specified by Ministry of Justice Order;
