just kyb rather than ksb. Could really be four 
different entries. the ~とき versions are a lot 
softer than the ~といて ones.

Strictly speaking this entry might not be 
necessary as these are standard conjugations 
in ksb (ie. you also have 来(こ)んといて、やらん
といて、走らんといて, etc.) and する as well is 
regularly conjugated as せ/し or せん/しん in 
ksb/kyb (せんで/しんで=しなくて, せな/しな=しない
