<upd_detl>Not in references, Reverso is all over the place, with the most common being "business details". It's 営業 + 先, and seems to mean many things according to the context. I doubt if it can be an entry.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>I think "client" is essentially correct and reverso being all over the place is just from those translations being 
rather non-literal.</upd_detl>
