when I enter it into dic.yahoo, I get the daijs and nipp 
entries for 郵便番号. Typing ゆうびんきごう the 2nd choice is "〒
記号" but not "〒" by itself. When I type ゆうびん or ゆうびんばん
ごう I can however convert to "〒"
