<upd_detl>I don't think we need to specify the video is 
short, I think "video" has pretty much the 
same connotation as 動画 (it's obvious a 
"funny video" isn't a ref to a comedy film). 
I think "short" more often refers to a short 
movie rather than a short video clip?</upd_detl>
