<upd_detl>I'm not sure we need this. フル+コンボ should be easy enough to understand in context.
I suggest adding a "combo (video games)" sense to the コンボ entry instead.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>I'm afraid its meaning was quite opaque to me. Even in a video game context (of which I am NOT familar) I'd have interpreted it more as a jazz combo or something like that. In the interests of helping the broader users some sort of entry would be useful.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>Certainly, people who aren't familiar with video game combos or rhythm games would have no idea what it means, but I'm not sure it can be adequately explained in a short dictionary entry like this.
This is actually a rather specific and technical gaming term. "Hitting all of the notes" is a simplification. Defining it succinctly requires referencing other gaming terms.</upd_detl>
