<upd_detl>Possibly. Or just [col]. In the hinative link above, it's described as a casual/cute way of saying 見つけた. In the second link, the author says that he first heard it used by his (college-aged) friends from the Kanto region. Definitely chn when used in the game of tag.</upd_detl>
