<upd_detl>I see that "webbing" is often used in English in the context of the material used in seatbelts. Maybe this should be two senses.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>I can't find any examples where it refers to the seat belt itself. Google Images shows various types of straps and belts – most of them aren't seat belts. I think we should keep it simple.</upd_detl>
