<upd_detl>I'm not sure this will fly as an entry - you can find だけ + は in all sorts of contexts as you can append だけ to practically anything, then topicalize it with は.
Can you provide more on "explained separately" in GG5? All I can see are the quoted examples from its first sense of だけ.</upd_detl>
