<upd_detl>Difficult to match gloss and POS. Daijr has "( 副 ) スル". GG5 adds と, but its example is: "木陰はひんやりと心地よい. It's nice and cool in the shade." which is not the usual adv-to. Usually it's ひんやりした.</upd_detl>

Looks like it gets plenty of ngrams too. Maybe add it as irregular?</upd_detl>
