Koike proposed five keywords that include the 
Japanese kanji character for "ko," meaning 
"small" or "short." She said she wants Tokyo 
residents to keep the words in mind when they 
take part in yearend and New Year parties.

She encouraged people to gather in small 
numbers for a short time, such as one hour, 
and to talk quietly.

She also recommended using small dishes for 
sharing food, and more frequent hand washing

<upd_detl>I've made this point before about COVID-related terms but don't we want to wait a bit to see if it enters common usage? It's only been *3 days* since it was announced. The only examples we have right now are announcements and explanations of the meaning.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>I think that's a fair point but my thinking here was that it's better to include it now and help foreigners understand what this means, 
and then delete it later if it turns out this doesn't catch on very much.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>I suggest we let it in now, but do a cull off passé entries once things have settled. There are about 15 containing "covid" and some such as the GoTo set and アベノマスク are sure to fade.</upd_detl>
