Often framed as 外来語+る but it happens to Sino-Japanese nouns etc., eg. くちゃくちゃ = クチャる, 告白 = コクる, ゲロ = ゲロ

<upd_detl>I'm not sure it's needed. It's not as if anyone really needs to look up "る" to see what is happening.

<upd_detl>I think it's useful for learners, who might not necessarily know how it can be productive.

It's also useful to have as a fallback for when we don't have the term. For example, mecab/unidic 
(unsurprisingly) breaks up 「ジャズる」 into ジャズ + る. The text glossing on wwwjdic also picks up ジャズ 
separately.</upd_detl>
