ダー used in Japanese but never ノンバイナリー so 
if the intention is for it to be interpreted

<upd_detl>I assumed that "Xジェンダー" was a somewhat dated term that will soon be superseded by ノンバイナリー (if it hasn't happened already). I've encountered ノンバイナリー in writing on more than one occasion and I suspect it's the preferred term among LGBT communities in Japan.</upd_detl>
