<upd_detl>I have not altered the above, but in the text which I was reading this was the form: "つっこんで来やがった。". I am taking this to mean something like "[with contempt](he) comes here meddling (again)". The "来やがった" gets a good measure of Google hits.
My point is that the guidance note states "note="after the -te form of -masu stem of a verb"". I am not sure that this is entirely clear. In my own way of description, I am thinking that it is "verb suffix indicating hatred and contempt, or disdain for another's action" which is usually added to a verb which follows the -te form of the preceding verb"
A bit wordy but, if I am correct, I guess that you will understand where I am coming from.</upd_detl>
