<upd_detl>Yeah, it's one of the heap from the old JIS computing terms glossary which back in 2008 we decided to tip into the dictionary and mop up afterwards. Many of the terms never really got used in Japanese - I think someone just translated the English rather than working out what was actually used in Japanese.
The give-away is the 23nnnnnn number and the 2008 date.
