<upd_detl>Not at all. The "sigh" was directed to the 和製英語 aspect of the term...
On the "Translators" FB page recently I crossed words with an NSJ translator who simply couldn't see a problem with just transliterating 和製英語, as though it was a worthwhile act of creative writing.</upd_detl>
