entries - this seems to me like a good 
candidate for that tag considering the 
similarity w 牛の歩み and the definition in koj. 
I don't think "walking slowly like an ox" is a

<upd_detl>I was trying to reflect the sort of meaning  found in the kokugos, e.g. "牛のようにのろい歩き方。"  (Koj). It's probably not needed, given we have "snail's pace" in English.</upd_detl>
