<upd_detl>Google Images shows people doing it with and without walls. "Air chair" is kinda literal and not standard,
but does get some hits.
For the second sense, it seems to be more commonly four people leaning backwards on each other's thighs
perpendicular to each other in a circle. Though there's also just a long line of people sitting in each
