<upd_detl>[arch] senses shouldn't be at the top if there's other more current senses, but there are no issues with [hist]-tagged senses 
appearing high up. the "samurai" meaning of 侍 could very well be tagged [hist] for example, doesn't mean it should be moved down 
to the bottom of the entry.</upd_detl>
