<upd_detl>It's not really a suffix. It's standard compound formation using 射 with its "shooting" meaning and the 音読み of しゃ. As in 応射, 騎射, 曲射, 試射, etc.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>I think it's essentially a new kanwa meaning that has developed out of 射精. Not really a suffix. 顔射 and 挟射 use 音読み for the first characters.</upd_detl>
