<upd_detl>Paul Blay questioned this when it was proposed in 2006. Seems to be a 変換ミス for 直(じき). Should be recorded somewhere, and possibly better as an iK in the 直(じき) with restrictions, although that would be messy.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>I think sense 1 is just a regular noun. Can't see evidence of adverbial usage.

Sense 2 is definitely a 変換ミス and I question the need for keeping it. It's not colloquial, just a mistake - the type anyone would notice if they bothered to read back what they'd written.
As far as I can tell, it's not even that common. I propose we drop it.</upd_detl>
