"The Immigration Services Agency's e-Notification System is an internet-based system that mid to long-term residents can use 
to submit "notifications of change in activity, contract, or marital status" as stipulated in Article 19-16 of the 
Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Immigration Control Act"), and that 
affiliated organizations that accept these mid to long-term residents can use to implement "notifications made by affiliated 
organizations" as stipulated in Article 19-17 of the same Act."
