<upd_detl>Not the act of snivelling. Not sure why GG5 has "snivel". "Runny nose" doesn't really match the kokugo definition ("水のように薄い鼻じる") but I'm seeing usage like 水っぱな治った on Twitter so it's probably fine.</upd_detl>
